How do I get my passes?
Your passes will be available immediately after your purchase in your account! You can always get logged back in by clicking on ‘My Account’ on our website
How long is my pass valid for?
Your Explore Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of your purchase!
What happens when a new venue is added?
Any new venues added to The Explore Pass will be added to all existing passholders, and we are always looking to add to our list of attractions!
How do I use my pass?
After your purchase you will have immediate access to all of our venue partners! Browse the offers, head to your venue and check using our easy redemption process! *Some offers only available with pre-purchased tickets!* Check out our How it Works Page.
Who should have an Explore Pass?
We recommend that children ages 2 years old and up should have their own pass their name on it. Please check specific venue pages for age details.
Can anyone use my Explore Pass?
Explore Passes are non-transferrable. Each pass comes with a specific passholder name for redemption. Venue locations have the right to ID as necessary.
Will the current Venues always be available on The Explore Pass?
At the Explore Pass we want to make sure our pass if beneficial to both Twin Cities families and business. If a business chooses to opt out it will become unavailable on the pass. We will do our best to quickly fill a similar family attraction!
How do I login to my account?
At the top right of our website home page, Click ‘My Account.’ After entering your login information, you will see all your offers, passholders, and manage subscription buttons.
How do I change my account information?
Simply login to your account as referenced above and you will be able to edit your account details and renewal information.
How do I purchase as a gift?
Visit our ‘Gift a Pass’ and follow the checkout process! When completed, you will be emailed a one-time code which will allow the receiver to purchase their passes by creating their account.
How do refunds work?
Unused passes within 30 days of purchase may request a full refund.
